Scope of the Technology Center's services
The MxCC Computer Club Technology Center provides FREE services that diagnose and repair computer-related issues for students, faculty, staff, and members of the community as the Tech Center has the resources and knowledge-base to do so. The Tech Center performs services including but not limited to:
· Software Installation
· Hardware Diagnostics/Repair
· Computer Performance Tune-ups
· Virus/Malware Removal
· Data Backup/Recovery
Other campus resources
The Tech Center does not perform the following services and instead routes requesters to the relevant MxCC resources on campus (as noted in parenthesis).
· Technology Related Academic Tutoring (Academic Success Center or Landi Hou in the Computer Lab)
· Blackboard Assistance (Distance Learning)
